How to order

Add items to our secure shopping basket. Proceed to checkout and fill in the appropriate details to pay and arrange delivery. You can also register so that you can retrieve your details in future (This does not include your credit card details). We accept payments by credit and debit card - payments are processed securely via Sagepay.
If you’ve already registered online with us, simply login by entering your email address and password.

Trade accounts - In order to login as a online trade user, you will need to have an existing Touchstone Tonewoods trade account with us. Please contact us if you do not have an online login. To apply for a trade acccount, please contact us for an application form. All trade account applications are reviewed. 

For any registered user who has difficulty logging in, please contact us and we will assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Once you have added the items you wish to order to your Basket, go to checkout and select the country in the drop down list. This will update the postage cost and provide you with a total amount.
Selected items are not available for international shipping (shipping outside mainland UK), for example: wood, varnish and solvents

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by: VISA and MASTERCARD credit or debit card. All online card payments are processed securely through SagePay. Please check that you enter the 'Cardholder Name'. You will receive a confirmation email from us to acknowledge receipt of your order. If you experience any difficulty in placing your order, please email us with details of the problem and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
